How would you feel, if you are carrying the ashes of your dead family member, and after going through an Airport inspection, you lost a third of the contents.
This what happens to John Gross of Indianapolis, when he received his grandfather Seal Jar with the marks 'Human Remains' losing a third of its original contain.
As claimed by Gross, one of the Transport Security Administration workers in the Orlando International Airport deliberately sifted though the ashes with her finger before spilling a third of the Jar remains.
“She started laughing,” he said. “I was on my hands and knees picking up bone fragments. I couldn’t pick up all, everything that was lost.” Said Gross during an interview with theindychannel.com.
However, investigation are still going on, because there no formal complaints made by Gross to TSA, also no camera are also placed on the checkpoint where the incident occur, so there are no actual prove to support Gross claims.
TSA spokesman David Castelveter told the Fox News Radio that the claimed that have been made are quite the opposite of some very rigidly enforced procedures that we have in place as it relates to the handling of human remains.” . So there are chances that Gross is lying is quite high.
Gross later on told the website theindychannel.com that he want an apologize from the TSA, for the treatment he get when going through their bad service quality.
“She started laughing,” he said. “I was on my hands and knees picking up bone fragments. I couldn’t pick up all, everything that was lost.”
