Strange Semen drinking ritual

In Papua New Guinea, a tribe called the Sambia apply a very strange and bizzare ritual to prepare their son to become a man.

If a boy reaches the age of 7, he must be isolated from his family and placed in hut that is full of other boys alike. After being isolated from their parents they have to undergo some strange ritual. 

The first ritual are inhalation of blood from the nose, this is done by inserting a blade of grass in their nose until blood rapidly flow out. 

Then the boys will be beaten by other older men from their tribe. Other than that they will have to drink semen of the great ruler of their tribe, which is the elderly. This is to prepare them to become a real man.
