Realistic paintings and Painters : Amazing paintings that looks like a real photo

Realistic paintings, or usually known as Photorealism or Hyperrealism paintings are a genre of painting that resembling a high resolution photograph. 

The painting looks almost like a real photograph, from 20 or 30 feet away you dont realized it is actually an oil painting. Unlike our prev entry about 'Stupid modern art!', this is an actual art by amazing artist.

Alyssa Monks
This amazing art was painted by an award winning artist Alyssa Monks who specialized in Photorealism or Hyperrealism paintings. 

At first glance, her painting looks like an ordinary photography, but it isn't, as quoted from her website. 
When I began painting the human body, I was obsessed with it and needed to create as much realism as possible. I chased realism until it began to unravel and deconstruct itself
Denis Minamora
This was painted by Denis Minamora, as stated on his website, other than being a painter he also works as a Professional Photographer. Which then give him ideas and overall perspective on how his paintings will be.

His painting above shows the village of Riomaggiore scenery, which is one of the five villages making up the Cinque Terra Coast of Italy.

This was painted by an Italian born artist Roberto Bernadi. He is recognized by most of the art institution around the world. His style of painting focuses on solid object, such as table, books, glass etc...

Ralph Goings is one of a few people who did realist painting in the late 1960's. He had been exhibited in US, Europe and Japan and represented in museums and private collections.

He is recognized as one of the original members of the Hyper-Realist or Photo-realist group in the late 1960's.
