Carl Payne, 35, was so drunk when he was arrested outside a bar in Humble, Texas, the police had to hold his head up for mugshot.
Payne was arrested outside Shamrock's Bar and taken to the jail, of course a mug shot of him must be taken, and guess what? he is too drunk to even take a mug shot.
Two policeman help him by holding his hands, body and grabbing his head for the shot, he was arrested on early Thursday morning for public intoxication.
