Hollie Toups filed a lawsuit against Texxxan.com for spreading her naked picture

Hollie Toups, have filed a lawsuit against a porn website the Texxxan.com, a so called "revenge porn" website for spreading her naked picture, a picture that he sent to her ex-lover a while ago.

The photo, like any other porn photo spreads like wildfire, it had been shared among the public and it has comes to Toups knowledge after one of her friends told her that her private photo is one of the photo that is being featured on the site. 

Other women who had their nude photo spread by their ex-love would be hiding in shame from the public, but not for Toups, she and several other women who have been a victim stand up and fight for their right.

Toups said that she will not be shamed by the images as she fights with the site.

"These sites are all about public humiliation,"

"I don't regret speaking publicly about it if that's what it takes to make a change," she said.

After the lawsuit had been made, Texxxan.com had updated their webpage by putting a disclaimer denying responsibilities for any contents posted on their website. As for now the traffic is currently down due to "Traffic overload & Discussion".

The sites host, Godaddy.com also will be sued if they refuse to corporate with the investigation, they are pressured to reveal the identity of the Texxxan.com owner and creator.

Other than that, John Morgan the attorney who filed the suit on Friday said that they will also track down and demand an unspecified damage from the individuals who post contents and pay to subscribe.

Texxxan.com is a porn website for ex-lover to get payback by posting their ex-lover naked picture, the main idea is to humiliate a particular person.

98-year-old man wins lottery and dies the next day

Oh, what an irony, a 98-year-old man just wont a lottery, maybe it is the greatest gift he had ever received in his life, but before he had the chance to spend it he died the next day.

Girl Drugs her parents milkshake to go online

A 15-year-old girl in Placer Country wanted to go online so bad, but her parents doesn't allow her to use the internet after 10 p.m, she and her 16-year-old friend from Roseville drugs her parents by putting sleep prescription pills in their milkshake to knock them out.

Both of them manage to go online after both of her parents passed out.

The pills is brought by her visiting friend, which then they plan a plot to mix the pill with the milkshake from a local fast-food restaurant.

The parents didn't finish the drink, they only drink a quarter of the milkshake, saying that it tasted funny and were grainy.

Both of the parents then woke up at 1 a.m feeling like  death and decided to went to sleep again. When they woke up in the morning the painful effect from the pill is still present, so they went to the Rocklin police station to pick up a drug test, 

When they had found out that they had been drugged, they called the police and those girl are brought to Juvie Hall.

Both of the girl face charges of conspiracy and "willfully mingling a pharmaceutical with food," reports the local Rocklin & Roseville Today.

Sick Joke : Indonesian girl forced stripped by her friends

I think this happens in Indonesia, a 3 minute video showing a a couple of female friends trying to strip off one of their friend while one of them record's the whole incident.

Im not really sure whether if they are joking or it is a actually a bullying act, but there are no actual arguments 'seen' during the whole clip, it looks like they are laughing and having fun.

The video starts showing the girl are fully clothed, but not for long, her friends rushed towards her and striped her naked, exposing most of her body.

At a certain part of the video, the girl were held down and she was completely naked, the video ends while the girl stands up and trying to put her cloth back on.

I guess the video are supposed to be private and only for their safekeeping, but unfortunately for the girl, the video had gone viral and had been shared on the internet.

Or the original intention of the video is to humiliate the girl, i dont really have a clue.

The Chinese government had enforced a new law where visiting parents regularly is a 'must' for an Adult Children. They have to show love and attention towards their ageing parents.

If you pay close attention i bold the word must in my opening paragraph, meaning that if they didn't do so they will be charged for neglecting their parents.

One of the reason for this new law is the rapid rise in China elderly population and various reported cases of senior citizen being abused.

Between 2007 and 2009, a 13% spike in the reported number of elder abuse cases has been reported from entire China.

For example, the case of a son in the plush province of Jiangsu, who apparently coerced his 100 year old mother to live in a pigsty for two whole years.

The new law doesn't comes with exact amount of how many times should the children visit their parents, in other words the so called 'must visit parents or be punish law' will never actually works, let alone it will be obeyed. (pfffftt)

Nurse was found dead after receiving a prank call

Media reports Friday said nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who had worked at the  King Edward VII hospital in London for four years, had committed suicide while  police said they were treating the death as unexplained.

Saldanha had accepted the hoax call from two radio presenters from Sydney’s  2Day FM pretending to be Queen Elizabeth II and William’s father Prince  Charles, before passing it onto a colleague who divulged details of Kate’s  condition.

The radio station said Saturday the presenters, Mel Greig and Michael  Christian, “are both deeply shocked” over news of the nurse’s death.

“SCA and the hosts have decided that they will not return to their radio  show until further notice out of respect for what can only be described as a  tragedy,” 2Day FM and its owners Southern Cross Austereo said in a statement on  the station’s Facebook page.

“Southern Cross Austereo and 2Day FM are deeply saddened by the tragic news  of the death of nurse Jacintha Saldanha from King Edward VII’s Hospital and we  extend our deepest sympathies to her family and all that have been affected by  this situation around the world,” it said.

Soon after news of the nurse’s death broke, the radio station’s Facebook  page was bombarded with thousands of comments, many attacking the presenters  and calling for them to be sacked.

“Not so darn funny now is it? A British nurse is DEAD for the sake of a  couple of cheap laughs. Shame on you!” wrote Kim Wilson.

More than 8,300 comments had hit the 2Day FM page by early Saturday, some  saying Greig and Christian had blood on their hands and calling angrily for  them to be dismissed.

“Hope you get your comeuppance and are looking long and hard at your  actions and their consequences. Hope you’re both sacked and spend a very long  long time looking for work,” wrote Alastair Drake Hardwick.

For some the incident had echoes of Prince William’s mother Diana, Princess  of Wales, who died in a car crash in Paris in 1997 while being pursued by  paparazzi.

“One would think ... the death of Princess Diana would have taught the  media a lesson about invasion of privacy of the royal family, but I guess not,”  said one commentator posting as Lora LB.

The news prompted wide coverage in Australia, where the prank initially  divided the public, with some seeing it as “a bit of harmless fun” and others  saying a line had been crossed and everyone had a right to privacy.

Australia’s Prime Minister Julia Gillard said the death was a terrible  tragedy.

“Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this time,” a spokeswoman  for Gillard said.

Greig and Christian apologised after an uproar in Britain over the hoax but  the station initially milked the publicity as the “biggest royal prank ever”. 

It has now removed the link to the hoax from its website and the  presenters’ Twitter accounts have been suspended.

The radio station has been in the public eye in the past, notably in 2009  when two other presenters ran a segment in which a 14-year-old girl was given a  lie detector test in which she revealed she had been raped.

The suspect is being held for Section 376 of the penal code for raping, and the family members were invistigated under section 324.

The 17-year old youth has been warded at a Hospital and his condition is stable. 

'Bug Eating Competition' winner : Chocked to death

A 32-year-old Edward Archbold, a father of two decided to join a 'Bug eating competition' for a chance to win a rare Ivory Ball Phyton as a gift for his friend. 

After eating 69g of meal worms, 35 'Super Worms' and a bucket of roaches, he won the competition. 

But unfortunately for him, he never did get a chance to celebrate his victory as he died due to chocking on bug parts and his own vomit.

No reports stating that other participants suffer the same condition or even abnormal illness as he does, as they had been told before the competition the bugs are safe to be digested.

An autopsy shows that Archbold died as a result asphyxia, which simply meant chocking.
