This guy apparently accused for a first-degree murder.

For some reason he is in rage because he don't want his friend to be kicked out from the court and refuse to give anymore statement to the judge

He started to shout and threaten to kill the judge.

"If you dont let me out of here im gonna f*cking kill you"

The judge looks scared, i don't blame her.

Kid slaps his mom on Live Tv Show

A kid and his mom are having an argument on Dr Phil, at one point when his mother tell him to shut up he slaps his mom.

Yes, i'm not kidding you, he slaps his mom on the face.

I don't know about you guys, but this is my first time seeing a kid slaps his mom in front of a TV show or anywhere else.

Because from where i come from, if you slap your mom or anyone older than you in your family, it is like literally giving a sign to the the grim reaper to come by and visit you tonight.

It is sad to think that after the show her mom might cry in her room thinking how spoiled his kid is.

I bet that is not the first time he slaps his mom.

Costumer insulted through a restaurant bill

The dinner bill for three friends at Chilly D's Restaurant stung, but it wasn't the price - printed on the top of the receipt were the words "Fat Girls".

"I got the bill, I was looking at bill [and] I was like, 'Why does this receipt say 'fat girls?'" customer Christine Duran said.

The friends had dined out at the Stockton, Calif., restaurant, which is a part of the Cameo Casino Restaurant, on Thursday. The bill lists charges for three tri-tips with fries and three sodas, for a total of $25.50. A bartender named Jeff had apparently typed in "Fat Girls" to keep track of their bill.

When Duran asked a manager for an explanation, he "had like a smirk on his face, like it was funny but trying not to laugh," she said.

The dining experience went from bad to worse when the restaurant demanded they still pay the bill, offering them a 25 percent discount and then a 50 percent discount. They declined both offers.

In a Facebook message overnight, Maggie Lewis, the Cameo Club Casino owner, apologized and said the insulting treatment Duran and her friends had received is "intolerable in our establishment."

Jimmy Siemers, co-owner of Chilly D's, didn't work the night Duran and her friends received the offensive receipt, but he said he is trying to clean up the mess.

"I just want to tell them we're sincerely sorry and we'll do everything in our power to make sure this never happens to anyone again," he said.

It's certainly not the first time customers have been insulted on receipts.

In January, a Papa John's employee was fired after writing "Lady Chinky Eyes" on a receipt to identify an Asian customer.

A Maryland woman was insulted at a RadioShack in March when she purchased a cassette tape adapter and left with a receipt that read "ugly itch" from "tattoville," referring to the tattoos on her arm in memory of a child lost to SIDS and her deceased mother.

"Based on descriptions we've seen in the media, this incident obviously does not meet RadioShack's expectations for customer service," Eric Bruner, a spokesman for RadioShack told ABC News. "RadioShack responded immediately after seeing reports in the media, taking the strongest possible disciplinary actions." It is against company policy to discuss individual personnel matters but the company has taken the "strongest action available" in response to the issue, the spokesman said.

A man sentence to jail after mocking a disabled Girl

A truck driver William Bailey, was sentence in jail for mocking a disable 10 Year-old- girl with Cerebral Palsy as-well as threatening to choke her mom, Tricia Knight, and mentioning gruesome statement saying that he will chock her until she stopped twitching.

The incident occurs on  26 November, where Knights and her mother in law Marie Prince was waiting for her children bus to arrive from Walker Elementary, while Bailey was waiting for his son a 9-year-old, joseph, who goes to the same school.

The man then drags his feet on the ground as he walks over to get his son, the worse part of it is he asked his son to do the same.

Unfortunately for him, his childish act were caught on camera by Prince and was uploaded to Facebook with the title 'Bus Stop Ignorance', which then goes viral on Youtube.

The next day, the Knights family lodge a complaints on Canton City Prosecutes.

After reviewing all the evidence, Chief assistant city prosecutors , Jennifer Fitszsimmons decided to press charges.

According to Knight, since both of the family live next door for the past two years this incident will bring negative effect to their daily life and nothing will change through this punishment towards Bailey.

Last summer, Bailey 9 year old song Joseph come over to play with Hope, he brought over a pocket knife and threaten to cut Hope up followed by name calling.

Bailey punishment will start on January 2nd next year.

Annoyed After waiting for an hour for his food, a man loses his temper and ordered 42 cones of ice cream and flip it upside down at the counter, in a fast food outlet in China.

The staff are in a state of shock and don't know how to react to his weird protest act.

I don't really know how it went down, but he could have asked the staff nicely or get his ass to other fast food restaurant instead of making an idiot out of himself.

Im just saying, the costumer is indeed always right, but they shouldn't abused the privilege given, try to settle things in a more civilized way.

Sallehan Allaudin, a 27 year old cleaner just come back home from an shopping trip on 6 Jan Last year, he was seen happy he even bought dolls for his daughter.

Olivier Desbarres The Singapore Racist Foreigner : "Chinese f**cking animals"

Olivier Desbarres, a professional trader from the Barclays Fx Strategy in Asia had created a controversial incident when he threw vulgar words and threaten the life of several construction worker in Singapore last month.

A video was posted on the internet showing that Desbarres goes rampage on a construction site, which is due to the loud noise caused by their activities.

At one point he says :

You have no respect. You know what? You’re f**cking animals. Chinese f**cking animals

He is now labelled by the Singaporean as the 'Singapore Foul-Mouth Foreigner'.

The construction has been going on for about 6 month and Desbarress had come to the construction site several times before, shouted and threaten those workers. unfortunately for him, on 20 Oct his action were recorded by one of the worker.

Causing public rage, his employer Barclays Capital sacked him from the company four days after the video had gone viral.

I bet is one of those 16-18 years old attention seeker on Facebook, going around telling people how badass he is.

It is quite annoying to see Facebook statuses as such, i mean, bragging about chopping people? and telling people how you miss those days?pfff....you play games way to much man.

Shena Hardin : Childish punishment for childish act

Shena Hardin, 32 from Cleveland was ordered by Cleveland Municipal Court judge to wear a sign that reads "Only an Idiot would drive on the sidewalk to avoid a School Bus". 

This is due to her act on driving her Jeep on the sidewalk to avoid stopping for a CMSD school bus loading and unloading children. 

Hardin were required to wear the sign for an hour for two days at the intersection where the incident occur. 

It is also reported that, Hardin had conduct such act several times before, unfortunately for her a veteran bus Driver Uriah Herron records her unlawful act thus lodging a police report.

She was also ordered to pay $250 for court expenses and her licence were suspended for 30 days.

An order of 60 McDonald Large fries in Japan McDonald had caused an havoc

On Oct 28, an order of 60 large fries in Japan McDonald outlet opposite Okayama Station had caused a havoc in the restaurant.

These group of kids took this massive order as a challenge and poste several pictures on Twitter, which then had been re tweeted up to 2,000 times.

After getting massive attention, youth starts gathering inside the restaurant to witness the stunt.

They had spend three hours inside the restaurant, while the restaurant staff constantly serve them with fries to finish up their order, and in result to that other customers were unable to buy fries as a result of that.

Negative responds starts to circulate this matter as such :

"They are idiots, a bunch of teenagers trying to pull off a stunt for their own amusement and cause problems for others" 

While other positive respond are as such :

"it is their rights to eat what they want, it is good for business, and it can be quite entertaining to watch"

Bride demand money from one of her guest

A bride post a tweet to one of her friend demanding an answer why they dindt received any ang pow money from him.

Some had questioned if marriages have become more of a business rather than a ceremony and celebration.

In her tweet, the bride also tells her friend that if he or she was unable to give a red packet due to 'unforeseen circumstances', then that guest should let the couple know.

This is a very poor way to take advantages of your wedding day.

Singaporean teenage boy shows the finger to a mom and refusing to leave from Breastfeeding room

Even after being politely asked to leave, two Singaporean youth refuse to budge from a breastfeeding room. 

On 4th November, a Singaporean women wanted to breastfeed her baby which then she proceed to the breastfeeding room, upon reaching the room she saw two boys while one of them is playing his PSP.

After being asked to leave he claim that he also breastfeeding his baby, while his eyes a focused on the PSP  screen.

These hard head boys wont show any intention to leave.

The women then pull out her hand phone and start to record the boy face and threaten him that she will put this video on Stomp, which is a very popular website in Singapore   

Did he leave after being threatened? no! these Imbeciles laughed and showed her his middle finger.

At the end they decided to leave, but when walking out in a threatening manner, the boy in black went close to my friend and said "you better not put me in stomp. My parents are very important people. They are really big people k." 

But unfortunately for him, the video are uploaded on Stomp as well as hundreds of website and forums.

Stomp sg also stated that In an email sent to them on Nov 9, one of the youths had requested for the story to be removed because he is embarrassed.

Girl in turkey give birth while walking

A CCTV recording shows a teenage girl from turkey give birth while walking down the streets with her parents, the clip shows that they was walking casually when something falls off her. 

Her parents then briefly stopped to look at what was dropped. After a quick second they start walking away as if nothing happens.

Despite the video was shot at night the dropped baby was barely seen moving. 

The baby was left behind for a couple of minutes, not until a bypasses was curious and he approach the baby which then he realized it is a human being. He then called an authorities to save the poor infant. 

Hurriyet Daily News reported that the teenage allegedly did tell the police that she had given birth to the baby while walking in the street.  But the hospital staff claim that the still-attached umbilical cord attached to the baby was tied, and that is a sign suggesting that the baby was most likely born earlier.

The mother of the baby has reportedly said that ‘Something fell from me. I thought it was a blood clot. I didn’t know it was the baby.’

The baby did survive the ordeal and she was named Ecem Ahu by the hospital staff.

A Australian wedding ceremony, which is supposed to be an happy event turns out weird, when a man suddenly appear naked behind the priest that officiating the ceremony.

No laughter were heard, only silence accompany the naked man present as the man open the shutters behind the Altar completely naked.

But of course, all eyes are on him, his quick 20 second appearance leaving confusion among the audience, he leaves as he sees a man comes towards him.

Husband sue his wife for being ugly

Who would have thought that a husband can sue his wife for being ugly.

Jien Feng knew his wife as a beautiful women, which why Feng marry his wife at the first place, not until their first daughter were born. The man described his daughter as “incredibly ugly” and told the court she resembled neither of the parents.

Little that he know his wife had undergoes a $100,000 plastic surgery before he met her.

Before going through the plastic surgery she was considered as being 'unattractive' and even-though she looks beautiful physically, she still carries the original genes inside of her, which makes their kids is as unattractive as she originally is.

The court had granted him a right to a divorce and a settlement of around $120,000.

[Video] China Teacher slapped her student 70 times in half an hour

A teacher were alleged to slapped her 5 year old students when she couldn't solve her math problem.

Taiyuan City Blue Sky Montessor Kindergarten teacher reported had slapped one of her student 70 times within the span of half an half hour.

Her father than lodge a police report before giving out statement that the teacher slapped her child because she could t figure out "10 Plus 1". At the same time, 3 kids are also being beaten.

Thinking that no one would ever know what had she done to those poor kid she was wrong, the entire incident were recorded by a surveillance camera.

The teacher involved had already been held in administrative detention for 15 days, and this kindergarten has been asked to shut down on October 15.

China is just full of these child abuse story, just before this incident goes viral, another news about a kindergarten teacher who abuse her child leaked out and cause public anger, the government should really do something about it.

A bunch of pictures showing a kindergarten teacher Yan Yanhong abusing her students is now circulating around the internet.

The pictures were originally posted on weibo, eventually trigger the anger of the children parents before lodging a police report.

In one picture the Yan Yanhong, a Kindergarten teacher from Beijing, is seen lifting up a kid inches from the ground just by holding his ear, and to add insult to injury she is smiling while doing so.

Other picture shows that she taped down those kids hands their mouth so that they wont move or make noise, while a kid was thrown into a dustbin with his body arching from inside the dustbin.

When confronted by the local media, she told them that they were just having fun, and it is all is just a part of their activities.

The kindergarten was ordered by the local authorities to terminate her service, while adding that she is not qualified for the job at the first place.

Breaking up 5 days after marriage over RM50000 Ang Pow money

Sin Chew Daily reported that a newly married couple from China are signing the divorce paper after five days of their marriage.

The quarrel between Xiao Zhong, 23 and his ex wife Qian Qian, 22 are due to the Ang pow of RM50000 given by their guest, each side wanted to take all the money.

They ended up splitting up, and divided the money equally.

Hey guys, check out this Penang road bully, well that is what these couple are labelled as when a 1:16 minute video are posted originally on Facebook with the title 'Naza Ria, PHC 8258' goes viral which eventually posted on YouTube with the title 'Penang Road Bully'.

The video was recorded from inside  a locked car, while the victim and probably her husband are inside.

The video started when they are shouting towards each other, while the accused bully trying to beat the victim but he could t because they had locked them self inside the car. 

Eventually he try to lure them out by kicking the victims car and shows a f*ck you hand sign.

What really attract a lot of attention is the women who is holding her child, shows a f*ck you sign to the victim.

The incident started when there these two couple are involved in a car collision.

And obviously someone had a bad temper(alledged bully), unfortunately for them it was recorded and posted on social media.

At the end of the video, it shows that the bully comes towards the victim car with an umbrella before hitting the victim car front windshield and crack it up.

The video shows that the alleged bullies car are hit when they are trying to come out from a junction.

I am a driver myself, and every driver should know that if we are in a junction or a land coming out to the main road, we should stop or slow down to give priority to the car who are actually passing.

But hey, accidents happens right? plus i dont really know what happens and this is only my oppinion. 

But they should settle things more smoothly instead of  shouting and trying to beat people up. Anyway, another news to be shared, quite funny, might aswell made a lesson out of it.

Devil couple were hanged to death for killing a child

A Malaysian women and her lover abused the women 3 year old child to death 10 month ago.

Tan Peng Tong, 29 and Wong Mei Ting, 26 were found guilty on abusing the child Jasmin Lee Siew Hui, 3 on 14 March this year.

They were charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code which carries the mandatory death sentence upon conviction.

The defendant wish to appeal for a leniency on their sentences, but it was rejected since 66 injury and bruises mark were found on the child body. 

These two devil couple were allegedly beating the innocent child with a cloth hanger, plastic bag as well as kicking and punching.

Enduring the pain for hours, the child had to die a painful and slow death. 

The court decision to hang the couple are indeed wise. But come to think of it, they don't really deserve to die a quick death.
