A Singaporean teacher were accused to secretly records his female student underwear, using his mobile phone. He was charged with 94 indictment, and he confess 10 out of 94.
Seow Swee Hong, 39, conduct the crime in the school that he teaches and in a popular book store HDB Tao Payoh, Last year.
It is stated by the Deputy Public Prosecuters, Seow is now investigated and currently in a police bail.
Meh, every school have a perverted teacher right? i guess one of them is caught. lol.
