The Malaysian national squash queen and currently ranked no 1 in the world, Datuk Nicol Ann David, 29 fail to proceed to the next round on the Carol Weymuller Open championship 2012 when she was defeated on the Semi-final stage, yesterday.
Squash website www.squashsite.co.uk, reported that Nicol were defeated by a player from England, Alison Waters 9-11, 11-5, 3-11 and 7-11 at Casino Heights, Brooklyn, New York.
This is the second defeat for Datuk Nicol, after she lose to the egyption player Raneem El Weleily on the Malaysian open final, early this month.
All and all Datuk Nicol has perform well, and will always be the proud of Malaysians. All the best.
