10 Bizzare beauty sign Pt.2

Here is part 2 of 10 Bizzare beauty sign.

Lip discs

Originating from tribes in Africa, lip discs are clay, wood or metal plates inserted into a pierced hole in the lower or upper lip, or both, thereby stretching it.
These plates usually symbolise a parson's social or economic status. Unmarried girls, especially those with large lip plates, must wear them in public or be deemed lazy.

Milk baths

Milk baths have long been a royal treatment, with endorsements from Cleopatra and Queen Elizabeth I. They are known to make skin silky smooth and youthful.

Neck Rings

Some tribal women, especially in Myanmar, wear neck rings from as young as two. The elongated neck is an illusion: the weight of these coils place pressure on the shoulder blades, causing them to deform, thus creating the impression of a longer neck.
This custom is an ideal of beuty: however, it keeps the women safe from tiger bites.

Blood baths

Countess Elizabeth Bathory is known as the Blood Countess for a reason: her sadistic murder of hundreds of young girls.
In a bid to maintain helath her youth, she bathed in the blood of virgins. The girls were lured to Bathory home by offers of being maidservants in her castle.
Considered the most profilic serial killer in the world, the countess tortured her victims before murdering him.
