Two women pressed charge against Micheal McKenny for secretly video tapping them in their condominium at Maryland.
This 42 year man had stolen and copied the key to their condo in Elliot City outside Baltimore. And had been entering their condo to set up the camera.
The camera was found by the two women in a closet last month. According to the detective he first placed the camera up in June, and he come back several times to move it around.
He is being held on $100,00 bail.
